Plan a manager's day in two minutes

Managers & owners

Don't build the to-do list — ask for it. Operator91 has already read the board, the roster, and the compliance clock; one question turns that into a ranked, narrated plan where every line opens the page that fixes it.

“Lay out my day” — Operator91 narrates the ranked brief, then the manager works it top-down: uncovered loads on the Dispatch Planner first, expired credentials next.

The steps

  1. Sign in — My Day has already ranked what needs you. Press Lay out my day (or open Ask Operator91 and ask it yourself).
  2. Operator narrates the plan in plain speech, most important thing first. It narrates only the computed brief — real counts from your own data, never invented tasks.
  3. Work top-down. Press Open on the first red item — uncovered loads land you on the Dispatch Planner with the fixes already suggested.
  4. The panel travels with you — reopen Ask Operator91 on any screen and the same brief is there. Next item down: expired credentials → Expirations, time-off answers, new-hire check-ins.
  5. Between items, ask follow-ups — “how do I…” gets real steps and a button to the right page — and approve or reject anything an Operator proposes without leaving the chat.

Gotchas

Good to know: An empty brief is a good sign — coverage, schedule, and compliance are clear. The ranked brief itself is computed, so it works even before an AI key is added; narration and chat need the key.
Good to know: The plan is scoped to your seat — a dispatcher's day and a manager's day rank differently, and money screens never leak into non-owner answers.
